HOW IT WORKS

  • choose the number of tickets you want and the appropriate type of tickets in the window, scroll down and follow the steps in the payment system; 
  • after payment you can download the tickets or have the tickets sent to your email address in pdf form. It may take some time before you receive the tickets by email. Didn't receive an email? Please check that the payment has been debited and that the tickets have not accidentally ended up in the spam filter, If you do not receive tickets and the payment has been debited, please send an email to info@kasteelheeswijk.nl with a copy of your payment receipt. Please do not make a new booking.
  • download the tickets preferably on your phone. Print out the ticket(s) if downloading fails and take them with you on the day of visit
  • also for admission with the Museum Card, Brabants Landschap or Friends Card, please book online in advance for good visitor distribution. These cards will be scanned at the entrance desk. Please choose the price category with the same description. Take your (discount) card and vouchers with you and hand them in at the box office.
  • during events with different rates, the Museumkaart, Brabants Landschap or other discount offers may not be valid, or not valid in presale. The menu of the online ticket sales module shows the valid admission rates for each event.
