HOW DOES IT WORK
- Select the number of tickets you want and the correct ticket type in the window, scroll down, and follow the steps in the payment system;
- After payment, you can download the tickets or have them sent to your email address as a PDF. It may take a moment for you to receive the tickets via email. Didn’t receive an email? Check to see if the payment has been processed and whether the tickets have accidentally ended up in yourspam folder. If you haven’t received the tickets and the payment has been processed, please send an email toinfo@kasteelheeswijk.nlwitha copy of your payment receipt. Please do not make a new booking.
- Download the tickets preferably on your phone. PPrint Print the ticket(s) if downloading doesn’t work and bring them with you on the day of your visit
- Even if you’re using a Museum Card, Brabants Landschap card, or Friends Card, pleasebook online in advance to help us manage visitor numbers. These cards will be scanned at the ticket counter. To do so, select the price category with the same description. Please bring your (discount) card and vouchers with you and present them at the ticket counter.
- During events with special rates, the Museum Card, Brabants Landschap, or other discount offers may not be valid, or may not be valid for advance ticket sales. The menu of the online ticketing module displays the valid admission rates for each event.
