At Heeswijk Castle, De Kok takes the children on a fun, interactive journey through life in a castle in days gone by. He shows them how to drink tea properly, how to curtsy gracefully, and how to behave as if they truly belonged to the nobility. At the end, the children get to show off what they’ve learned during the Orange Nobility Test.

Meanwhile, De Kok tells the story of Julia from Heeswijk. Julia is a farmer’s daughter and is in love with Prince Romeo. But Romeo’s father will only allow him to marry a princess. It seems impossible—until Kunegonde comes up with a clever idea: Julia will take “Princess Lessons.” She learns the proper etiquette and, step by step, transforms into someone who might just stand a chance with the prince.
